MANY MOULDS IN ONE SHELL

Our system is applicable to any kind of moulds we produce (soles, insoles, etc. ..) and is based on the possibility of having, in one single mould, the ability to switch from a standard one, to one for raise the outer edges , or even change the shape form, from a square tip to circle one. Same thing for the moulds for insoles, where for equal highness of the heel, is possible to obtain many different types of shaping forms in the same mould. Everything is based on the interchangeability of parts, extremely fast and simple; and this makes a big money savings for the customer which can buy only “a part of the mould” instead of a brand new one.

QUICK AND PRACTICAL REPLACEMENT OF THE SPARE PARTS

Replace spare parts such as plastics or rubber inside the moulds, it is fast and cheap operation.
A great way to save time and money, plus, the ability to choose which material to mount into your moulds (see point 3).

CHOISE OF THE SPARE PARTS MATERIAL

Our unique system allows you to choose which material ( more or less flexible ) you can mount into your moulds. In general, the most commonly used materials are: plastic, plastic-felt, rubber, rubber-felt. Obviously they give 4 different results. Harder material last longer, but produce a harder product which is good form some use.

Particularly appreciated is the use of the felt, which, while creating a certain solidity in the product, it is more adaptable to small changes of shaping, size, etc. ..
